My name is Sreedharan Rajesh. I am an information technology consultant working in the United States. The basic idea behind this site is to act as a depository of south Indian coins with an emphasis on dynasties of Kerala, my home state. The intent is to try and list as many coins as possible from these dynasties. My favourites topics being coins from Kerala (Sangam chera, Venad Chera, Travancore, Canannore etc.) , Vijayanagara, Kadambas of Hangal, Yadavas of Devagiri and the most beautiful Elephant pagodas of Talakad.

I am no expert in these subjects. Mearly a collector trying to do his bit for the numismatic community of South India. I have tried to be carefull while attributing the coins. But mistakes are still bound to happen. Please tell me about them and I will fix them rightaway...
